If you are having difficulty logging in and accessing the content and features you usually access via My Account, these features are available via the following secure links and instructions.
To update auto-payment information:
- Please have your Sponsor ID and Child ID on hand and go to https://my.onechild.org/autopay
- Choose Sign Up with Bank Account or Sign Up with Credit/Debit Card then follow the steps listed on the form.
NOTE: This does not sign you up for a new sponsorship but applies the new form of payment you chose to your current sponsorship.
To make a one-time sponsorship payment:
To send letters and attached photos to your child online:
- Please Complete the online form. We’ll translate and print your message and photos and mail them to your sponsored child.
To update your contact information:
The security of your personal information is important to us. Please note that for your protection, passwords will expire every 90 days.
Please click the “Forgotten password” link above, then enter the email address connected to your sponsorship account. You will then get an email with a link to reset your password. If the link is not clickable, simply copy and paste it into your internet browser.
