Denver United aims to participate in God’s redemptive work among the world’s poorest and most marginalized. What if our church family could sponsor a village of kids together, take regular mission trips to love them up close, communicate with them collectively, and resource the programs and facilities that serve them every day? OneChild has innovated a child sponsorship paradigm that makes it possible to do just this.

OneChild is a ministry that sees a world where every child in poverty has a champion – someone who loves them and supports them as they overcome adversity. By becoming a champion (sponsor), you will be helping children discover their God-given potential by providing them with nutritional, medical, and educational assistance. But most importantly, OneChild’s innovative partnership model, connecting U.S. and indigenous churches, facilitates Jesus’ restoration in the lives of these children and their families.

God has led us to the village of Waliso, Ethiopia, where Denver United members have sponsored over 200 children. Through sponsorship, you will make a lasting impact on a child and his/her family by providing them with resources they desperately need and the opportunity to grow in God’s love.
